Movie storyline occurs in present days. Main hero, twenty years old Dima Maikov, is presented by his father with old "Volga-21", and then suddenly reveal that this car could actaully fly as war jet airplane. Hero hovers without goal over traffic jams, carelessly enjoing flights, until once trouble forced him to look onto world deferently. Now he have to start defending all he valued, and fight with evil in the sky over the new yaer Moscow
